<p>The angle mower impact head has an opening (2) at one end (1) which is pivoted on the shaft which rotates the angle mower and at its other end a horizontal cutting edge (4). The end (3) which has the horizontal cutting edge has a spherical shape whose convexity is directed from the side of the drive shaft. The horizontal cutting edge has the shape of a convex circular arc whose centre is located behind the head. The front of the head central part (5,6) is concave in the direction of rotation of a cutting edge (7). The convex spherical part which supports the horizontal cutting edge is joined to the central part by a V shaped indentation which forms a recess (8) either side the central part. This convex spherical part has a step rise near its rear part. The rear of the impact head central part has, near its pivoting axis, a concave shape so as to allow a greater clearance towards the rear.</p> |
