PURPOSE:To offer convenience to a sponsor, an exhibitor, and an entrant, by managing and registering an interested item for a product shown by the entrant to a various kinds of events by using a bar code. CONSTITUTION:The entrant receives an ID card 11 at an entrant registration section, and describes a name, an address, etc., and the bar code of a reference number which specifies the entrant is read by an entrant registration means 1. Next, a perforation M is separated, and a registration card part 12 is delivered to a clerk, and the entrant visits a booth where exhibition is held setting an ID part 13 as a nameplate. And when a requested item such as the request of a catalog, etc., is issued, a corresponding terminal equipment 2 reads the bar code corresponding to a corresponding request item via a pen scanner, etc. The bar code of the reference number prior to the above reading is read in the device 2 similarly, and an entrant data generated at a data processing means 3 based on those codes read in the device 2 is accumulated in a memory means, and it is supplied to a print means 5 and a display means 6 at need, then, registration and management using the bar code are performed, thereby, the convenience for the sponsor the exhibitor, and the entrant can be offered. |
