PURPOSE:To provide a drilling tool which is suitable for the highly precise drilling work, and easy in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:A blade fitting hole 3 is drilled on the tip surface of a rod 1, and a blade 2 is inserted in and fitted to this blade fitting hole 3. The axis of the blade fitting hole 3 is aligned with the axis of the rod 1. The rod 1 is welded to the blade 2 by the YAG laser beam L of the pulse oscillation. This welding is achieved by the irradiation of the YAG laser beam L of the pulse oscillation on the outer circumferential surface of the rod 1. The region of the irradiation point is the circumferential part of the blade fitting hole 3. |
