FIELD: components of track structure; applicable in taking up load of rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: combined tie-damper consists of two solid exterior bars and three combined interior bars between which metal embedded joining members of steel sheet or net with thickness of about 0.2 mm and being wastes of stamping and also layers of oil-resistant elastomer are located. Solid exterior and combined interior bars and embedded steel members between them are bound with vibration- proof adhesive. The entire pack is secured with screws with diameter of about 25 mm of strong wood )pine, spruce, fir, birch, and others). Six screws are arranged in pairs in the center and ends of tie. Center of embedded steel members coincides with screw axis. EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of track structure and rolling stock, reduced level of dynamic adverse effect of rolling stock on the track due to higher damping ability of tie. |
