摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a gas absorber in which the quantity of a treating liquid for oxidation is increased without increasing the power load of a gas dispersing blade even when the ratio of the quantity of the treating liquid to the quantity of gas introduced into the treating liquid is increased. CONSTITUTION: When the quantity of inlet oxidizing air of a gas dispersing blade 13 of a circulating tank 6 is increased, the push-out quantity of a liquid absorbent which has absorbed a sulfur compound in waste gas is decreased according to the former quantity. Besides, with the decrease in the push-out quantity, force for carrying air is decreased. Then, by forcibly sending a liquid absorbent to the gas dispersing blade 13 from outside the system, the quantity of the liquid absorbent passing the gas dispersing blade 13 is increased to increase the ratio of the quantity of the liquid absorbent to the quantity of air, that is, the introducing quantity of air is increased, and even when the ratio of air passing the gas dispersing blade 13 to the liquid absorbent is changed, power of an air micronizing device 12 is not much changed and excessive equipment is not required.</p>
