PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fastening retaining device or a centering device requiring preparation and a cost by attaining high rotational accuracy required at wheel set working time without mechanically connecting a rotary shaft of a wheel set and a tool. SOLUTION: During a work process, a radial directional positional change caused by eccentricity of the rotational center 4 of respective wheels 5 in working a wheel set 1 is detected by a sensor device 7. A signal of the sensor device 7 is supplied to a controller 9. At least two guide rollers 3 attached to the respective wheels 5 at working time, respectively movable by an element turning in the radial direction to a rotary shaft 6 of the wheel set 1 and adjustable by an adjusting device 8, are adjusted by the adjusting device 8 controlled by the controller 9 in response to a detected positional change in the rotational center 4 of the respectively attached wheels 5. The rotational center 4 of the respective wheels 5 at working time is constantly retained in a spatially fixed position. |
