PURPOSE: To perform a high precision feedback control for the tilt rotation angle for a long period of time using a tilt rotation amount sensing means. CONSTITUTION: Between the casing 22 of a hydraulic pump 21 and the control part 23 a feedback link 28 is installed through a supporting pin 29, and the bottom of the link 28 is coupled with a valve plate 8 through a coupling pin 30, a swing link 27, and sensing pins 26. The sensing part 28B of the feedback link 28 and a sensor rod 33B are made in plane contact at all times while a shoe is interposed. This allows largely reducing wear of the contacting part of the sensing part 28B of feedback link 28 and the sensor rod 33B with each other, and the tilt rotation angleθof the valve plate 8 can be taken out accurately on the basis of the rotational displacement amount of the feedback link 28 given by a tilt rotation amount sensor 33, so that a high precision feedback control can be performed for the tilt rotation angleθ.
