FIELD: functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring the time of diastole and systole of cardiac cycle by any conventional with subsequent estimating according to the formulas of third mode of hemodynamic theory the end-diactolic and end-systolic volumes in left ventricle, blood volume which is pumped over the ascending aorta and stoke volume. The functional state of left heart is determined as the ratio of the estimated volumes. EFFECT: serves as efficient measure for evaluation functional state of cardiovascular system.
