FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: material is a lap composed of a fiber mixture at the ratio from 20:1 to 1:2, where fibers I (synthetic fibers) are covered with a cationic surfactant of general formulaororin amount 0.01-1.0% based on fiber I weight, and fibers II (wool or down) are covered with a surfactant of general formula R-O-(CH-CHO)H,R=CH-CH, n = 10, 20 or R-COO-(CH-CHO)H, R=CH,, n = 6, 20 or R-CONH-(CH-CHO)H, R = CH-CH, n = 1 2, 5, 10 in amount 0.01-1.0% based on fiber II weight. Fibers are joint with each other by a latex binder in amount 10-35% based on material weight. Presence of two chemically different surfactants on the surface of fibers I and II assists fibers to keep certain distance from each other, which results in high bulkiness of material. EFFECT: improved heat-insulating properties and reduced compression set of material. |
