PURPOSE: To efficiently and continuously purify water of a water area without recovering floated flocs. CONSTITUTION: Air bubbles are adhered to flocs generated by discharging a flocculant and air bubbles into polluted raw water W to float flocs which are, in turn, decomposed by aquatic plants AP. Therefore, a movable fence 26 is formed around a floating movable air bubble generator 1 constituted by successively connecting a pump sucking raw water W, a flocculant tank, an ejector and a pressure tank and the air bubble generating nozzle 10 connected to the pressure tank is arranged in water under the center of the fence 26 and the aquatic plants AP are arranged between both of the air bubble generator 1 and the fence 26. Since the flocs floated by the flocculant and air bubbles from the air bubble generating nozzle 10 are decomposed by the aquatic plants AP, floc recovery treatment is unnecessary. |
