摘要 |
PURPOSE: To provide a photocatalyst carrier having high photocatalytic activity and excellent deforming property by using a mesh-like structure having a specified or smaller aperture as a supporting body to carry a photocatalyst and depositing the photocatalyst on the whole surface of the mesh aperture. CONSTITUTION: A mesh-like structure such as metal and plastics having a mesh of <=0.5mm aperture, preferably 0.08 to 0.4mm aperture is used as the supporting body to carry a photocatalyst. A suspension liquid of a photocatalyst such as titanium oxide and strontium titanate is firmly deposited on the whole surface of the mesh aperture of the mesh-like structure body by coating or electrostatic coating method. The obtd. photocatalyst has excellent deformability. By attaching the obtd. catalyst to a conventional device, a photocatalytic reaction device showing excellent processing performance can be obtd. |
