<p>PURPOSE: To provide suitable chroma and strength by forming a decorative layer constituted of a masking paper composed of thermosetting resin-impregnated base paper and a pattern paper composed of a printing base paper containing thermosetting resin and an ash content of specified % or less laminated on the layer and forming an overlay layer of specified thickness. CONSTITUTION: A decorative layer is constituted of a masking paper composed of an impregnated paper of thermosetting resin and a pattern paper composed of a printing base paper containing thermosetting resin laminated on the masking paper and an ash content of 5wt.% or less, and the thickness of an overlay layer is in the range of 5-30μm. The ash content of the printing base paper is set to be 5wt.% or less, because when the ash content is beyond 5wt.%, fibers in the paper are not interlaced one another to lower the strength of a decorative layer 4 and compatibility with ink is made poor to transfer ink in a poor manner. The thickness of an overlay layer 1 is 5-30μm, which is thinner than those of conventional overlay layers. The resin content and cellulose fiber amount are lessened by the arrangement, and the reflected light of the decorative layer 4 is hard to absorbe in the layer 1, and color is bright, and nubdueness is less to enhance chroma, particularly fit for fluorescent color printing.</p> |
