PURPOSE: To enhance the watertightness and to prevent the efflorescence from occurring by mixing polymer substance with mixture containing asbestos and microsilica as main ingredients to slurry state, and supplying it to an asbestos cement layer. CONSTITUTION: Slurrylike mixture 5 in which reinforcing polymer substance is mixed with mixture containing asbestos and microsilica as main ingredients is sprayed from a sprayer 11 to an asbestos cement layer 1 moved together with a sheet-making belt 4 to continuously form a reinforcing layer 2 on the layer 1. Then, it is dehydrated by a sucking unit 12 disposed under the belt. After dehydrating, the dehydrated cement 1 on the belt 4 at the making roll 6 rotatably disposed as a pair of upper and lower elements with rubber roll 13 is integrated with the layer 2 to be wound, the wound material 7 is cut at the time of laminating 2 to 6 layers of the layers 1 and 2 to obtain a laminated inorganic plate. Thus, the peeling between the layers can be prevented to suppress efflorescence. |
