<p>PURPOSE:To make an AC generator for a car convert power into single-phase or three-phase commercial frequency alternating current and output it to the car by making a system control section of the generator select a control operation to control a generating voltage of the generator so as to fit the selected content of control. CONSTITUTION:Mode changeover switch 4 is provided with two selective terminals 4a and 4b. When selecting the selective terminal 4a, an output frequency control section 19 outputs a previously set control signal to a power drive circuit 20. Further, by controlling an output changeover circuit 15 so as to output power from the first power terminal 13, a predetermined 60Hz 100V alternating current is supplied from the first power terminal 13 to a single- phase load 17. Furthermore, when the selective terminal 4b is selected, the output frequency control section 19 outputs a previously set control signal to the power drive circuit 20. Finally, by controlling the output changeover circuit 15 so as to supply power from the second power terminal 14, a 60Hz three-phase 200V alternating current is supplied from the second power terminal 14 to a three-phase load 16.</p> |
