FIELD: instruments, checking quality of manufactured and repaired articles. SUBSTANCE: method involves passing beam through tested object which is moved by scanner, which provides reciprocal movement and rotation of tested object; receiving beam by matrix of detectors which is arranged in radiating order which plane runs through plane of scanning. When each scanning cycle is started, scanner performs normalization. To achieve this all linear matrix of detectors is turned by 90 degrees with respect to side detector in matrix. Then intensity of all beams which are received by each detector of matrix is detected. This information is entered to computer. Then detector matrix is automatically returned to initial position and intensity of beam which is passed through tested object and is received by each detector is detected. These results are corrected using results of normalization which are stored in computer memory. Then they are entered into computer again in order to generated tomography picture. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. |
