FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removal of necrotic foci from the pancreas surface using a jet injector. A jet of physiological saline solution is applied from a 7-8 cm distance between the nozzle and the tissue surface. Two or three parallel longitudinal cuts are made to enhance the outflow of ferments of the pancreas. A cold solution (5 C) applied after making the cuts contains Novocain, inhibitors of ferments, and antibiotic agents. EFFECT: optimal conditions for decompression and drainage of pancreas; inhibited destructive processes; less traumatic treatment; higher quality of removal of necrotic tissue.
