PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items, simplify an assembling operation, and enhance a productivity. CONSTITUTION: A globular applying body 2 is rotatably provided in a tip part of a tube 1. A spring 3 deflected by a writing pressure is fixed in the tube 1 at a large-diameter part 4 formed in an appropriate site of the spring 3 other than one end part thereof in the longitudinal direction. A small-diameter part 5 formed in one end part of the spring is resiliently brought into pressure contact with the globular applying body 2.
