PURPOSE: To provide a collectively treating device for soybean milk capable of boiling a raw slurry of soybeans as an intermediate raw substance for soybean milk and pressing the prepared boiled slurry of soybeans. CONSTITUTION: This device for producing soybean milk is equipped with a kettle 1 for boiling a raw slurry of soybeans and a presser 2 for compressing the boiled slurry of soybeans. The presser 2 is laid on a floor, the kettle 1 is arranged above it and a space required for installation of both the apparatuses is reduced. The kettle 1 is connected to the presser 2 by a passage 3 and the boiled slurry of soybeans is sent through the passage 3 to the presser 2. Consequently, reduction in space for a working place is executed and soybean milk can be produced under preferable hygienic conditions. |
