FIELD: food processing engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has feeding hopper with doser, cleaning chamber with grid and working device mounted within cleaning chamber. Working device has inclined feeding and cleaning conveyors positioned below discharge part of doser one above the other in two mutually perpendicular planes with decreasing space between their working surfaces in the direction of advancement of tubers. Cleaning conveyor has a group of mechanisms for reciprocating planks in chutes. Machine has drive.
