PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a coating film having excellent wear resistance while maintaining good visibility by adding an inorg. material having approximately the same refractive index as the refractive index of a fluororesin for coating the inside surface of the container to this fluororesin. CONSTITUTION: The container 11 is formed by deep drawing of an aluminum sheet, etc., to the blind cylindrical container. A primer layer 12 is generally a layer which is formed of heat resistant resins, such as polyethersulfone, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) or fluororesins and pigments and has a thickness of about 10 to 20μm. This primer layer enhances the joinability to the inside surface of the container 11, a printing layer 13 and the fluorine coating film layer 14. The printing layer 13 is formed by mixing the pigments and fluorine powder with the material similar to the material of the primer layer 12. The fluorine coating film layer 14 is formed by a fluorine coating film material mixed with the inorg. material 16 consisting of the material having the refractive index approximately equal to the refractive index of the fluororesin 15 and having the excellent wear resistance. The excellent wear resistance is obtd. and the visibility is not impaired.
