FIELD: medicine; medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage pulse discharge apparatus has a discharge chamber. The discharge chamber is provided with detachable attachments and a concave hemispherical screen mating and connected to the working part of a rod-shaped electrode. There is a ring-shaped electrode dividing the discharge chamber into three compartments. The upper compartment is formed by the concave screen, the upper side of the ring-shaped electrode, and a part of the internal surface of the cylindrical housing of the high-voltage pulse discharge unit. The latter has one hole or several holes whose total area is S≅0,5Swhere Sis the discharge gap horizontal section area. The middle compartment is formed by the discharge gap between the working part of the rod-shaped electrode and the internal surface of the ring-shaped electrode, and the lower compartment is formed by the lower side of the ring-shaped electrode and the internal surface of the detachable attachments. The attachments are provided with a magnetic trap. The magnetic trap is a ring fabricated from some magnetic material such as samarium-cobalt. The discharge chamber is additionally provided with a set of detachable attachments. One attachment has a hemispherical reticulated protective screen, another attachment has a nozzle mating a diffuser, and one more attachment has a transparent quartz washer with a coaxial nozzle.
