FIELD: digital radio communication devices which use multiple station access with time share of channels. SUBSTANCE: input signal S is received in limited bandwidth, is split into two identical branches by means of divider 1 in order to get two low-pass signals by means of frequency converter 2. One signal (Is) is in same phase, another one (Qs) is shifted by quarter of phase. Said signals are sent to adaptive filter which equalizes amplitude- frequency characteristic of communication channel and outputs corrected signal Rc which is finally demodulated by differential demodulation unit 4 which sends output signal Rd to decision making unit 5 which generates output data signal D. This output data signal D, demodulated signal Rd and corrected signal, which is delayed by time for single character (Rt), are used by adaptive filter 3 for update of coefficients which are used for adaptive filtration.
