PURPOSE: To avoid danger of nosocomial infection by treating safely and conveniently a needle of an injector used for medical treatment and a phleboclysis needle with a wing for instillation just after use without bringing a hand into contact therewith. CONSTITUTION: On a cap 1 being connectable with a waste needle container with a screw, stopper parts 3 each in a long hole shape through which the brim of a needle cannot pass but the cylindrical apex of an injector can pass and wing inserting channels 9 are formed so as to make them into a cross-shape in which an inserting hole 2 through which the brim part of the base part of the needle of the injector can pass, is made approximately as a center, and a box wrench part 4 surrounding the stopper part 3 and a channel peripheral edge part 10 surrounding below the wing inserting channel 9 in a wall shape are formed inside the cap 1. A cutter 7 in which the inside of a V shape is a cutting blade is fixed below the stopper part 3 in such a way that the blade top 8 is inclinedly faced below the inserting hole 2 and the blade top 8 comes above the lower end of the box wrench part 4 on the bottom side of the box wrench part 4. The wing inserting channel 9 may have the same structure as that of the stopper part 3. |
