PURPOSE: To obtain packed frozen SUSHI (ingredients on vinegared rice) suitable for thawing by a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: This packed frozen SUSHI 1 comprises frozen formed boiled rice 2, a frozen ingredient 3 placed on the top of the frozen formed boiled rice 2, a first plastic film covering the whole surface of the frozen formed boiled rice 2 placing thereon the frozen ingredient 3, an aluminum foil which is laid on the top of the first plastic film, arranged on the ingredient and covers the ingredient, and a second plastic film covering the whole surface of the SUSHI containing the part of the ingredient wrapped in the aluminum foil. |
