PURPOSE: To obtain a healthy material capable of solving problems in that, e.g. Bacillus natto or fermented soybeans scatter or spread and are smelly and disliked by many persons; chemical fertilizers or agrochemicals used for cultivating plants have problems in aspects of safety, yield and taste and antibiotic substances indispensably used for rearing animals, fishes, shellfishes and fowls have problems in safety, etc. CONSTITUTION: This healthy material is obtained by covering a fermenting microorganism or its fermented substance with a covering material. Treatment for hardly causing or discontinuing the subsequent fermentation of the fermenting microorganism or its fermented substance housed in a container having a low or no oxygen permeability is carried out. |
