<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the optimum operation to an operation limit by disposing two pistons in a pump housing, rotatably disposing pumping and control members in a pump housing, and providing a conveying member constituting a shear channel with the pumping and control members. SOLUTION: A pump housing is non-rotatably provided in a clutch housing, two pistons 4 are filled with a highly viscous fluid, and a pressure chamber 10 connected to a tank 8 is limited on one side. A rotatable pump limited between the terminal end positions to the pump housing, a control member 5, and a conveying member 6 non-rotatably connected to one of the axle shafts 2 are disposed in the pressure chamber 10, whereby the rotational faces of the conveying member 6 form a sealed shear channel 20 with the opposite surface of the pumping and controlling member. At both terminal end positions of the control member 5, a forward control opening of a groove 19 in the rotating direction is communicated with the tank 8, and a control opening of the rear end is communicated with the pressure chamber 10, so that in the shear channel 20 there occurs a shear action from the pump 8 to the pressure chamber. Thus, various operation limit characteristics are permitted to enable automatic operation in the optimum state.</p> |
