PURPOSE: To enable secular change of properties to be suppressed for a liquid crystal display(LCD) element by providing an optical path changing function in which a laser beam is made incident on a laser beam scattering element. CONSTITUTION: A laser projecting device is provided with a laser beam light source 21 so as to emit a near infrared laser beam. In addition, marking data are generated with a transmissive scattering type LCD element 23. The optical path of the laser beam is also changed by a supply means 22. Furthermore, a projecting optical system 24 is arranged, so that a laser beam emitted from the LCD element 23 is reducibly projected on an object 25 to be projected. Then, a laser beam scattering element 26 is provided additionally, so that an optical path changing function is provided by which a laser beam is made incident on the scattering element 26 in the case of being nonincident on the LCD element 23. Thus, the laser projecting device is made capable of continuous operation. |
