<p>PURPOSE: To rapidly and accurately detect presence/absence of remaining water of the inside of material to be inspected by irradiating light on the bottom of the material to be inspected and gathering light passed through the inside of the material to be inspected and passing the light through an optical filter for absorbing moisture and receiving light on a photoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: A moving member 1 of material to be inspected is constituted into a belt conveyor shape, so that the placing part 3 itself of the material 2 to be inspected is endlessly rotated and moved. Further, a light source 4 irradiates the material 2 to be inspected in the vertical direction from the bottom 5 thereof to the upper part. For example, even when the material 2 to be inspected is a beer bottle and the top shape of the inside of the bottom 5 is not specified, remaining water of the inside of the beer bottle is detected easily and accurately. Furthermore, a condenser lens 6 converges irradiated light and the converged light is passed through an optical filter 7 for absorbing moisture and received on a photoelectric element 8. The photoelectric element 8 sends the received detection value to a detection device 9. The detection device 9 detects whether cleaning liquid remains in the inside of the material 2 to be inspected.</p> |
