<p>A sous vide reheating device (20) preferably includes at least two water heating chambers (28, 30) with each chamber having a heating device (36) and a thermostat (49) for controlling the temperature of the water in the chamber. An agitation mechanism (38) is provided to circulate the water in each chamber. Each chamber is preferably divided into a plurality of sub-chambers (44) with each sub-chamber having an associated timer (48) to measure the amount of time elapsed for that sub-chamber.
