PURPOSE: To eliminate tinnitus and vertigo by forming an electroconductive sheet comprising conductive fiber yarn having a number of conductive staple fibers arranged in insulating staple fibers in a wedge with a circular cross section to discharge static electricity charged by internal, middle and external ears and a brain for the promotion of a blood stream. CONSTITUTION: An electroconductive sheet 1 comprising electroconductive woven cloth or unwoven cloth made of conductive fiber yarn 6 is formed in a wedge with a circular cross section tapered to the side of the tip part thereof with a larger diameter on the side of a base end part thereof so that it can be inserted into or taken out of an external ear cannel to make an ear plug 2. Here, the electroconductive fiber yarn 6 is formed by dispersing electroconductive staple fibers 7 cut shorter in insulating staple fibers 8 and the electroconductive fiber yarn 6 thus obtained is used as material to form the electronductive sheet 1 from the electroconductive woven cloth or the unwoven cloth. The base end part side of the electroconductive sheet 1 is bound with a tightening member 3 such as string. The ear plug 2 thus obtained can discharge static electricity charged by a human body through a cut end face 7a of the electroconducutive staple fiber 7. |
