PURPOSE: To prevent rain and the like from invading on a rolling body setting part, and also ensure durability of first to third seal rings. CONSTITUTION: Top end edges of first and second seal lips 28, 32 for composing first and second seal rings 19, 20 which are fitted and fixed on the inner and outer circumferential both end parts of a bottom side locus wheel 17, are in sliding contact with a bottom surface side locus 5. Tope end edges of third and fourth seal lips 36, 37 for composing a third seal ring 21 which is fitted and fixed on the outer circumferential end part of an upper side locus wheel 18, is in sliding contact with or be positioned near to the surface of an upper support 38 or an upper spring sheet 1. A. sleeve 14 is arranged on the inner circumferential part of an upper side locus wheel 18, and the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 14 is opposed to the outer circumferential surface of a fixed side cylindrical part 15 which is arranged on the upper spring sheet 1 so as to form a radial sliding bearing. |
