PURPOSE: To obtain a semirigid polyurethane foam with improved curing characteristics excellent in elastic touch, designing, available for interior parts of cars by reacting a specific macromolecular and active hydrogen containing compound, a specific crosslinking agent and a specific polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A macromolecular compound bearing 2 or more isocyanate- reactive hydrogens, containing a macromolecular piperazine polyol(preferably 20-85 of hydroxyl value) prepared by ring-opening addition of an alkylene oxide to piperazine and a low molecular weight piperazine polyol(preferably 200-1850 of hydroxyl value) and polyisocyanate compounds are reacted in the presence of a catalyst such as triethylenediamine, water and/or a foaming agent such as inactive gas to give this semirigid polyurethane foam. |
