<p>A device for storing and displaying compact discs (14) comprising a series of horizontally interconnecting elongated rigid display panels (2), which may vary in length and are assembled vertically. Each panel includes a forward (16) and rearward (18) surface and upper (8) and lower (10) edge portions which incorporate the means used to couple each member to the one next adjacent. The rearward surface (18), which is generally flat, contains a means (20) to mount each member separately to a vertical flat surface, such as a wall. The member is mounted against the flat surface so that the lower portion of each said member is positioned at a slight acute angle relative to the surface of the wall. Along the upper edge of each panel member is a top guide ridge member which includes an edge (6b) and a lip (7) extending around the edge surface for releasably retaining each compact disc case on the display rack. Along the lower edge (6a) of each panel member is a base upon which the bottom edge of each compact disc case rests when stored and on display.</p> |
