SUBSTANCE: bin surface at required height is made as a ribbon spring which is imparted reciprocating rotary motion by spring activation unit to create horizontal tensile and vertical shearing forces in bridged mass of material which uniformly loosens material throughout the entire mass for normal bin discharge operation.
