A fastener (10) for an undercut blind hole (11), in particular for thin plates, has a peg (12) provided with a longitudinal slit at the side facing the bottom of the hole, spreadable flaps (15) at its inner end (13) shaped to match the shape of the undercut (14) in the hole (11), and a coaxial bore (16). A drive-in bolt (17) arranged in the bore (16) supports the spreadable flaps (15) practically over their whole length and one of its ends (19) lies flush with the outer peg end (20) in the axial direction. In order to obtain a fastener that is easy to mount but may also be easily dismounted again if required, the drive-in bolt (17) has an outer thread (50) and a drive recess (51) at one of its ends (19, 42). |
