PURPOSE: To produce a multilayered constitutional film by providing a molten multilayered base material consisting of at least two layers, that is, a layer A with specific thickness composed of a saponified ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer and a layer B composed of a polyamide compsn. and performing co- extrusion coating so that the layer A comes into contact with a layer C of a base material. CONSTITUTION: A molten multilayered material consisting of at least two layers, that is, a layer A composed of a saponified ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer (EVOH) characterized by that ethylene content is 20-65mol% and a saponification value of a vinyl ester component is 90mol% or more and a layer B composed of a polyamide compsn. consisting of 65-35wt.% of crystalline polyamide and 35-65wt.% of non-crystalline polyamide. Co-extrusion coating is performed so that the layer A comes into contact with a layer C of a base material to form the layer A with a thickness of 1-50μm and the layer B with a thickness of 1-50μm. When the bonding strength between the layer C of the base material and the EVOH layer A is not sufficiently obtained, the layer C of the base material is treated with an anchor coat agent. |
