PURPOSE: To provide a laminated film which has excellent adhesion between a coat film and a base film, excellent mold release property of the coat film surface, a little rear face transfer of a coat film component, excellent adhesion to a silicone resin layer, and is useful for release films. CONSTITUTION: A laminated film has a coat film. The coat film is formed by coating at least one face of a polyester film with a water base liquid which contains a polyester modified silicone polymer obtained by grafting a polyester polymer as a side chain to a silicone polymer as a main chain, and by drying and drawing it. |
