PURPOSE: To obtain a falsely twisted yarn having specific sheath-core structure, a bent part continuing in the longer direction of yarn, rich in change on the surface, having a bulky and soft handle. CONSTITUTION: This falsely twisted conjugate acrylic yarn is obtained by a method for previously twisting two or more acrylic filaments having elongations different by >=10% at 100-500(T/m) and falsely twisting and processing the twisted yarn at the number of false twisting of 20.0×10<3> /D<1/2> to 45.0×10<3> D<1/2> (T/m) (D is total denier of fed yarn) in the different twisting direction at 150-210 deg.C and has a bent part continuing in the longer direction of the yarn. The yarn is alternately provided with parts X winding sheath yarn (b) on core yarn (a) and liberated parts Y in the longer direction of the yarn.
