SUBSTANCE: method involves leading a surgical needle under the papilloma base in the intact tissue area, then a ligature is lead between the healthy skin and parts of the needles protruding over the skin. The ligature is tied, and it remains tied till natural abruption of the papilloma. EFFECT: simpler and less traumatic method. |
