<p>PURPOSE: To press-bond smoothly a belt-shaped metal sheet component with film components traveling continuously at high speed. CONSTITUTION: In a forming device 10 for a laminated component for press- bonding a steel sheet 11 and film-shaped components 12 and 13 traveling in a manner of laminating to each other by pressurizing rotating roll components 14 and 15 in the radius direction, outer peripheral sections of roll components 14 and 15 are constituted of rubber components 17 and 18 composed mainly of a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber material. The Shore hardness of the rubber components 17 and 18 (JISZ2246) is set to be 86 or more, and the center line average roughness of the surface roughness (JISB0601) of the outer peripheral faces of the rubber components 17 and 18 is processed as 0.2μm or less, or the maximum height is processed to be 2μm or less.</p> |
