PURPOSE: To speed up a packaging operation by carrying out a single-bag- opening process, a stuff-filling process, and a deaerating and fusing process in separate places, thereby shortening standby time, to improve reliability, by preventing a blockage of a suction hose in an opening process, and to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying a structure. CONSTITUTION: The single bag 1 of a single-bag-carrying part 4 is carried to a filling part 5 equipped with a hopper 6, by extending a first carry cylinder 17 to move a bracket 12, connected with its front end, forward. During the carrying of this, distance adjustment cylinders 13 are shortened, the opening 19 of the single bag 1 is opened wide by means of suction pats 15 attached to arms 14, and stuff is filled into the single bag 1 from the hopper 6. When filling has been finished, the cylinders 23 of a sealing part 7 are extended to hold the single bag 1 by means of deaeration mats 25. While moving toward a single-bag ejection part 8 from the hopper 6 by means of a second carrying cylinder 31, the sealing part 7 removes air from the single bag 1 and fuses the opening 19. |
