FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: scanner of access lines for liquid crystal display has set of staged circuits each of which has input and output. Each circuit has clocked output circuit, which has serial circuit of stepping up transistor and stepping down transistor. additional transistor has conducting path which is connected to between control electrode of stepping up transistor and point which potential is equal for switching stepping up transistor off. control electrode of additional transistor is connected either to output of last of staged circuits or to source of clock signals which phase differs from phase of clock signals which are sent to said output circuit in order to prevent possibility that output of corresponding circuit drifts to switched state. EFFECT: increased reliability.
