FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises high-temperature oxidizing in oxygen containing environment in two stages. At the first stage the high-temperature oxidizing is conducted in vacuum at the residual partial pressure of oxygen of no more than 1 Pa. At the second stage the oxidizing is conducted at an oxygen pressure of (0.5- 1.7)x10Pa. EFFECT: enhanced resistance to corrosion. cl, dwg
