FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: methods includes colonostomy which is performed by excising the atresized area from posterior sagittal access and posterior wall of the rectum, placing successively guy sutures, raising the P-flap to form anal duct, placing two-row suture. The involved area is sewed by two-row suture followed and anal fistula brings through the center of an external sphincter into perinium. EFFECT: allows operation intervention to be less traumatic. |
