PRODUCTION OF PIPE LINING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To produce a pipe lining material having high pressure-resistant strength and prevented from the generation of burst and prevented from partially becoming thin after curing. CONSTITUTION: A sheet like resin absorbing material 1 having a film 2 having high airtightness applied to the surface thereof is rolled into a tubular shape and the end parts thereof are mutually abutted and the respective single surfaces of two strip like reinforcing members 4 are partially bonded to the rear surface of the abutted part and the end parts of both reinforcing members 4 are mutually abutted to be bonded. Thereafter, a separate strip like reinforcing member 5 is interposed between the resin absorbing material 1 and the reinforcing members 4 to be bonded to both materials 1, 4 and a strip like tape 6 is bonded to the surface of the abutted part of the resin absorbing material 1 and the tape 6 is covered with a separate wide strip like tape 7 and both ends in the lateral direction of the tape 7 are bonded to the surface of the resin absorbing material 1 to produce a pipe lining material 10.
