FIELD: railroad. SUBSTANCE: clamp 1 of railroad rail fastener is made of rod of flexible material bent to have approximately W-shape. Clamp 1 has running from one end of rod to its other end, essentially, rectilinear first part 11, bent sixth part 16, and essentially, straightline seventh part 17. In this case, the first and seventh parts (11,17) formed by, respectively, external branches of W letter, the third and fifth parts (13,15) are formed by, respectively, internal branches of letter W; the second and sixth parts (12, 16) connect the external branches with internal branches, and the fourth part 14 connects together the internal branches. Clamp is such that when it is not in stressed state, longitudinal axis of the fourth part 14 lies in the plane which is inclined with respect to plane containing longitudinal axes of the first and seventh parts 11 and 17. Clamp has stressed working state in which longitudinal axis of the fourth part 14 lies in plane which, essentially, is parallel to the plane having longitudinal axes of the first and seventh parts 11, 17 but is at some distance from it. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
