FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: ointment has the following components, %: levomycetin 2; pyromecain 5; dill (or clove, or mint, or eucalyptus, or lavender) essential oil as basic active components, and additional agent - cetylpyridinium chloride (preserving agent) 0.01; glycerol 10; carboxymethylcellulose (or methylcellulose) sodium 4, and refined water - up to 100. Method of ointment preparing is developed. Method involves polymer gel preparing (cellulose base) and addition of medicinal substances, essential oils and preserving agent to it. Proposed ointment shows antimicrobial, analgetic and osmotic actions and used for treatment of suppurative-inflammatory and wound infections and mucous membranes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
