PURPOSE: To provide an erection type bed which enable a person to take a natural posture after the erection of an upper half of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A push down piece 23 is linked securely to a leg side end part 19 of a back part floor board 5 and a pawl plate 24 having a cam face 26 is linked securely to the head side end part 21 of a sitting part floor board 6. When the back part floor board is erected by a driver, the push down piece 23 of the back part floor board pushes down the pawl plate 24 of the sitting part floor board 6 to incline the sitting part floor board 6 opposite to the direction of erecting the back part floor board 5. Here, the cam face 26 of the pawl plate 24 is so formed that the sitting part floor board 6 reaches the maximum angle β1 of inclination when the back part floor board 5 is erected almost up to the intermediate position from the horizontal position and the angle of inclination of the sitting part floor board 6 reduced when the back part floor board is erected up to the maximum angle α2 of inclination from the intermediate position. |
