FIELD: treatment and utilization of industrial wastes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to developing wasteless technologies and utilizing products of waste reprocessing. For this purpose, a sediment is divided into three fractions, each being further treated separately to give final useful products. In each fraction, sand constituent is first separated. Then, depending on ratio of organic to inorganic substances, sludge constituent is divided into fractions, each being further treated separately. Treatment with sulfuric acid under certain conditions results in producing a coagulator, while pyrolysis and activation of sediment give a sorbent. When sediment has a great content of organics, it is of expedience to subject it to biotechnological decomposition using cultivation of fungi and microorganisms. EFFECT: achieved environmental safety and utilization of valuable side products. |
