FIELD: medicine; surgical stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves transplantation. A full-layer bone autotransplant is taken from the front part of the bregma bone. The autotransplant is used for modeling the missing parts of the cheek-ocular area, and in the opposite side the resulting defect is covered with split bregma bone transplant. EFFECT: improved cosmetic effect; prevention of relapses.
